FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is found in the biggest industrial place in northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, various types of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machines.
During the year 1963, the company began crane production. The business eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and makes 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These machinery are engineered and designed for a variety of uses and there are units available to cover all construction requirements.
Several units provide extremely flexible lifting options for companies which are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are located in close proximity to each other.
